Hope your Bluebell walk goes well. I have always supported Canine Partners, they started up just down the road from me. The work they do is wonderful bringing a new lease of life to those with an assistance dog. But it’s not just the way the dog assists their owner it’s also the joy of unreserved love the dog brings into the relationship, this can lift depression and give both a very rewarding lifestyle.
Chris has just got Douglas,a golden retriever through Canine Partners. He is still settling in at home after his first night in our camper on route home from their training course in the Deep South. He will be out on many of the rambles in this year’s programme.
I can’t over emphasise the difference this charity makes to people’s lives and urge whoever is able to support them. Unfortunately we are not available to join Arthur on The Bluebell Walk; prehaps next year.
