Is it worth the bother to carry a spare inner tube given you need tools to fit it and somewhere to sit while it is being done. Is the gunk a better choice? And how easy is it to do on , say a Tramper trye?
I always sincerely hope that I won’t get a puncture in the first place, but most of us have gunk in our tyres I think, I have anyway. At least it’ll get you back, hopefully. To change a tyre in the middle of a forest of on a hillside would be very difficult indeed. Fingers crossed, I’d say!!!
