*Have your say about future rail ticketing in the UK

The Research Institute for Consumer Affairs (RICA), the UK consumer champion for disabled and older people, is running a national survey about the future of rail ticketing.
The UK-wide survey is looking into the needs of disabled and older people when buying and using train tickets.
This confidential survey addresses travellers’ experiences and concerns about the various ways of buying tickets as well as using ticket barriers,
finding their seat and getting on and off a train.

The research findings will be used to help improve the design of future ticketing systems. Everyone who completes the survey can enter a prize draw.
There is one prize of £100 and two prizes of £50 in high-street shopping vouchers.

The survey is online at http://bit.ly/UKInclusiveRailTicketSurvey and is also available in print and in large print.

People can provide answers over the phone if that’s easier.
If you know anyone who’d like to take the survey in an alternative format or over the phone, or if there are any questions, please contact
Catherine Cashman, RICA researcher: email catherinecashman@rica.org.uk or phone 020 7427 2466.
