Colin and I enjoyed this peaceful ramble along lovely tree lined paths by a fast running stream which must have tumbled over the rocks and boulders in winter. I was with Val when she saw the Kingfisher but due to me nattering I missed it!
On the way home we explored the Castle gardens which were magnificent, some of the narrow paths were a little tricky but with the help of Colin I managed it!
